Calvary Hospital recently hosted a virtual screening of the groundbreaking documentary, Fast-Forward, which premiered on PBS on March 24, 2021.

The documentary follows four young people and their parents as they travel through time to meet their future selves. Wearing an MIT-produced “aging empathy suit” and working with professional make-up artists, they grapple with the realizations, conversations, and mindset required to age successfully.

Calvary held a virtual panel on Preparing for the Future on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, discussing the thought-provoking issues raised in the documentary. Moderated by Christopher P. Comfort, MD, our Chief Operating Officer, the panel included Eric Michael Hurtig, the director of Fast-Forward along with Calvary’s very own, Nancy D’Agostino, RN, MSN, CHPN, Vice President for Community Patient Services and Andrew Ostergren, LCSW, ACHP-SW Associate Director, Social Work/Family Care.
